Did you know that the club is trying to get together a chart of all the fish tagged during the year? With thanks to Sea Surface Temperature you will be able to access this and see where the billfish are biting! It’s a fantastic idea and we recommend Sea Surface Temperature to access good grounds for all areas through temperature changes and hotspots. See instructions below for accessing the site.
How to access Tagged Billfish on SST
Log on to – www.seasurface.com
- Click – ‘Recreational Anglers enter here’
- Click – ‘Free user entry’
- Select a map
- Use mouse and click and drag cursor to highlight square around North West Cape.
- Click – ‘Zoom into selected area’
- Click – ‘Show / Hide GPS marks’.
- Public Icons will appear on map.
- Place cursor on selected icon, hold down ‘control button’ and left click mouse. Dialogue box will open displaying information for that particular icon.
- Play with zoom in, depth etc. for better views.
